Our experience purchasing a Tankless Water Heater
by Low Energy Systems

Owning your own home seems to be a huge part of the American dream.

People want to feel that they have a place that is theirs. Saving for a home and keeping your home maintained takes up a great deal of our time. There always seems to be something to do or another thing that you want to buy to improve your living situation.

Owning a home is a great thing when everything is working properly.

It can be a real drag when things break down that you have not budgeted for. I have been saving up to buy a new dining room set. The one we have was purchased at a second hand store when we first had a home with a formal dining room.

It is functional, but I have always wanted a new set. I was getting close to having enough money for the one I wanted when our hot water heater quit working. We called a plumber and he suggested going with a Tankless Water Heaters by Low Energy Systems which would give us INSTANT hot water.

He told us that we would notice a big difference in our electric bill because the TANKLESS hot water heater that he was installing was much more energy efficient than the old one.

Here’s what he had to say about it:

He said the Paloma PH24M is the largest tankless water heater of its type in the world!

Superb for commercial and industrial use as well as large residential homes. Just one Paloma PH24M supplies all the hot water you need in your home for shower, bath, dishwasher, laundry, etc. Click here

Turn on your hot water faucet and water is heated instantly as it flows through the heating coils. Paloma’s burners shut off automatically as soon as you turn off the faucet. The Paloma modulating control automatically adjusts the flame to the water flow you select. Paloma tankless water heaters produce hot water only when and as much as you need. That’s why you can save energy and money.

You see, Storage-type hot water heaters lose heat all day long (and all night too!). They consume more energy than any other job in the home except space heating. Paloma tankless gas water heaters heat only the water you need as you’re using it. You never store hot water again.

I knew that this was something that we needed, but a hot water heater was not as fun as getting new dining room furniture.

We had him install the Tankless Water Heaters by Low Energy Systems and I resumed saving money for the dining room table and chairs.

The great thing was that we did notice a great savings in our gas bill. We had no idea that our old water heater was using so much gas.

All of the appliances that are in our home are getting older. They came with the house when we bought it and they were not new at the time.

We realized that we would be better off replacing them so we could cut down on our monthly bills. The dining room table would not help us reduce our living expenses.

Many of the new appliances are much more energy efficient than they were in the past. Washers are now designed to use less water and dryers are equipped with multiple settings so you are not wasting energy. We have agreed that the money that we save in our gas and electric bills will go towards the dining room table fund. It will take a while to purchase it, but in the mean time we are consuming less energy with our new Tankless Water Heaters

Having the very best Christmas decorations and trying to come up with the most unique decorating ideas has been an on-going trend in our family for generations.

Starting with the basic popcorn on a string and fresh made wreaths to the modern day Christmas decorating ideas that include one of my new found favorites.

Air Blown Christmas Decorations

Don’t you just love them!

They’re quick, easy inexpensive and so easy to set up and take down.

Besides making the difference between a house that looks barren, and one that is overflowing with good cheer and the Christmas spirit let’s look at a few other things you can do to make you’re neighbors turn a head and show Santa exactly where you live!

Christmas lights can do a lot to make the house look festive. They are like a beacon of hope and good cheer in the winter night, shining out for all to behold.

Blown glass Christmas decorations can also really add a cheerful, if nostalgic touch to your home.

Blown glass snow globes create a whole little world of Christmas cheer that you can keep all for yourself on your mantle.

Hand blown Glass baubles are the very best way to trim your Christmas tree, as far as I am concerned.

But if you really want to show how much Christmas means to you, you have to think even bigger, and let your decor reflect the strength of your Christmas spirit. That is why I always use Air Blown Christmas Decorations to really make my yard stand out.

Of course, there’s the traditional Santa Claus Air Blown Christmas Decoration models available, which are great for all of you who celebrate Santa or Saint Nick. These are great! Very realistic and cheerful. All of the kids around here just love Santa, of course, probably mostly because of the connection with presents I’m sure!

One of my favorites for this year is this 12 ft. Long Airblown Inflatable Santa’s Train Express.

This adorable holiday inflatable will be the perfect addition to anyones Christmas or event decoration!

Features Include:

Giant decorative airblown inflatable thats roughly 12 feet long makes a glowing holiday yard display.
3 section Holiday train which lights up at night for brilliant display!
Contains Built-in blower that quickly self inflates the characters.
Weather resistant! Works on standard 120 volts.

Get more details or Get It Right Now, Right here and in time for several days and nights before Christmas season ends.

Of course, there are many kinds of Air Blown Christmas Decorations out there, which gives you a wide choice. Perhaps the most iconic and popular Air Blown Christmas Decoration is the snowman.

A giant Air Blown Christmas Decoration snowman will not only express your Christmas spirit, but your ability to find joy and fun in the depths of the winter months. And, unlike a real snowman, the Air Blown Christmas Decoration variety will not melt, in the event that we see global warming turn our winters increasingly short and tropical.

Perhaps the traditional snowman is on the way out. Never around OUR house!

The large, airblown-inflatable santa, the christmas train, the snowman and several others will always be there in our yard to bring some joy and some VERY warm smiles in the winter months.

If you’ve been thinking about adding one or several to your christmas decorating collection, go now to Shop.com and get just what you’re looking for. You and your loved ones will be so gald you did.

There has been a lot of talk about finding new energy sources, and a lot of effort put into finding ways to use older ideas in a better way. We have to worry about what we are doing to the planet as well as what high energy costs are doing to the economies of the strongest countries on the planet. Waste is something we are also concerned with, and there are some renewable energy resources that can cut down on this, if not completely eliminate the problem. What faces us today is figuring out which ones work the best and which are going to cost the least.

One of the best renewable energy resources today is wind power. This is something that was first used a long time ago to produce energy, and is now being renewed in present day efforts. Some states, like New York, are putting these wind powered turbines up all over the place in hopes of generating a good amount of power. These are not yet able to produce all the power that we need, and may never, but they are clean and easy. Wind is most definitely one of the best renewable energy resources. Wind is free, even if the turbines are not. Read the rest of this entry »
